Jan Williamson has had almost 2 decades of continuous work in the Real Estate marketplace, between the brand new, and the resale sides of the industry (including full construction, custom, and condominium sales). To assist clients from all walks of life, Jan has incorporated her own experiences from having grown up as a new immigrant (Jan is a firstborn Canadian and dual citizen, from a Jamaican-European family heritage), combined that with having worked in family-owned small business endeavours since her early years, and has also drawn from several years of positions between the Hospitality and Social Work industries as well.
