“That expertise – and experience – is so important, and it’s why I pursued specialty certification for condos,” he says. “Condos can be incredibly complex, with ownership variances, parking spaces, storage lockers, condo fees, and rules and regulations, it’s all about the fine print. You want the right person on the job, and I battle for my clients.”
