Approximately 1.75 acres currently zoned A2 with previous rezoning application process now on pause to rezone [subject to city approval] to ""I-2"" along with four other nearby properties.  The City of Kelowna has currently designated this properly as IND - Industrial in 2040 OCP and some similar properties to the West on Appaloosa have already successfully completed a rezoning to ""I-2"".
